Mr. Mike Storekey, Toastmaster International President, presented the “Corporate Recognition Award” to Assumption University for supporting and conducting Toastmaster Club Activities for the past 9 years. Rev. Bro. Dr. Sirichai Fonseka, Vice President for Student Affairs, accepted the award on the behalf of the university from Mr. Storekey. The award presentation took place on May 18, 2017 at Assumption University, Suvarnabhumi Campus; witnessed by a number of Thailand Senior Toastmaster Club members, honored guests and students.Toastmasters International is a nonprofit educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills in more than 14,650 clubs in 126 countries. Clubs can be community-based, themed (by language or profession for example), or corporate (clubs open to employees of a certain company).
