A STUDENT RETENTION STRATEGY FOR EDUCATIONAL LEADERS IN INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMS AT THAI PRIVATE UNIVERSITIES
Factors affecting student retention were examined in the context of international programs at Thai private higher education institutions for the development of a leadership strategy to affect retention.
