ItemDeterminants of tntention to use DevOps in Cambodia’s technology industryThis research investigates the key determinants that impact the intention of developers to use DevOps practice in technology industry, mainly software development, within Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The study was carried out using a quantitative research method to survey 472 software developers, tech entrepreneurs, DevOps practitioners, software project team members, and IT leaders familiar with DevOps practice. The respondents came from software development, technology startup, telecom, internet service providers, financial service institution, technology consulting, and system integrators. The survey employed non-probability sampling method – judgmental, snowball, and convenience sampling. Online Google form was used in the survey from the period January to June 2021. Also, confirmatory factor analysis and structure equation model were used to validate and identify the relationship and the impact of various factors on the intention to use DevOps. Organizational usefulness, personal awareness, and perceived compatibility have significant direct impacts on the intention to use DevOps software development methodology by developers and practitioners. Also, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control internal have the indirect impact on the Intention through organizational usefulness. Moreover, perceived number of users impacts significantly on the perceived availability of complementary services; both indirectly impact the intention to use DevOps through perceived compatibility. Whereas, perceived cost and perceived pisk are not found to have significant impact on intention to use DevOps by the developers.

ItemFactor influencing the customers to use online shopping platform for shopping cosmetics: a case study of people in Bangkok(Assumption University Press, 2020) Chutimun Mullasatsarathorn ; Kessara Choknuttakul ; Natthaya Thanasansakonphop ; Juthatip Taweekul ; Soonthorn Pibulcharoensit ; Somsit Duang-Ek-AnongNowadays social media highly influence people with the enjoyment of online platform such as chatting, watching, listing, working and/or shopping. The research has been gathered to survey and look into the points that impact consumers use of online shopping platform to shop cosmetics in Bangkok. The data were collected through questionnaire survey by distributing 400 questionnaires to 400 qualified respondents who are living in Bangkok and have experience from an online platform to shop cosmetics by using easy sampling techniques. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Model (SEM) are used to test the validity and credibility of the model and to analyze the impact between factors. The study results indicated that eWOM and Relative Advantage have a direct considerable impact on trust and indirect significant influence on attitude towards online shopping. Moreover, the research has been found that relative advantage, perceived benefit and trust also have a direct significant influence on attitude towards online shopping. Thus, the online platform encourages people to seek and consume products as well as cosmetics, customers could select the willingness of cosmetic products according to their preference.

ItemFactors affecting college students' intention to use English u-learning in Sichuan, ChinaThis research aimed to evaluate the effects of perceived ease of use, social influence, service quality, perceived usefulness, satisfaction, and attitude toward using and intention to use English u-learning on college students. Research design, data and methodology: This study was a quantitative study and the researcher obtained data for analysis by distributing questionnaires to the target population. the index of Item–Objective Congruence (IOC), pilot test, Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Model (SEM) were methods utilized to analyze the data and test research hypotheses proposed. Results: The results showed that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness of English u-learning, social influence, service quality, and satisfaction had positive direct and/or indirect effect on college students’ intention to use English u-learning. Satisfaction exerted the most significant influence on intention to use English u-learning. However, attitude showed no causal relationship with intention to use English u-learning. Conclusions: For English u-learning system developers, they should focus on improving perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and service quality of the system. For system promoters and management of education institutions, they ought to increase social influence of English u-learning and raise students’ satisfaction to improve their intention to use English u-learning.

ItemFactors impacting the usage intention of learning management system in higher educationThe purpose of this research is to examine the factors impacting the usageintention of the Learning Management System (LMS) in higher education ofSichuan, China. Research design, data and methodology:Sample data was collected by using quantitative method and questionnaire as a tool.Item-Objective Congruence and pilot test were adopted to test the content validity and reliabilityof questionnaire before distribution.Data was analyzed by utilizingConfirmatory Factor Analysis and Structural EquationModeling to validate model’s goodness of fit and confirm the causal relationship among variablesfor hypothesis testing. Results:The studyhasfound that the conceptual model was able to predict the behavioral intention (BI) to useLMS in higher educations. Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Attitude Towards Using(ATU) are two key antecedentsof BI to use LMS.Conclusions:PU was the strongest predictor of BI to use both directly and indirectly, which PU was driven significantly by service quality, information quality, and system quality. Therefore, this study suggestedthat developers of LMS course and management of higher education institutions should focus on improving thequality factors of LMSfor students to perceive the system as useful and would further formulate favorable attitude and behavioral intention toward using LMS.

ItemManaging teacher acceptance of new technology: the case of robotics kit(Bangkok : Assumption University Press, 2021) Jarupan Noosong ; Naree Achwarin ; Somsit Duang-Ek-AnongThis quantitative research aims to identify a model for the acceptance of an educational robotics kit among primary school teachers, providing educators, administrators, and policy makers practical insight for planning design. This study collected the opinions from a population of 871 in-service teachers of mathematics, science, and technology, at public and private primary schools in Phatthalung province. Purposive sampling and quota sampling were applied, generating a total of 488 responses, collected via questionnaire. The data were analyzed using a structural equation modeling method, generating a structural model to predict the behavioral intent for the adoption of the educational robotics kit. The model comprised of 4 independent variables – perceived ease of use; technology, pedagogy, and content knowledge; perceived usefulness; and facilitating conditions. The model explained 88.2 percent of the variance in behavioral intentions. The findings revealed that perceived usefulness had the strongest direct effect on behavioral intentions. Perceived ease of use had the strongest indirect and total effect on behavioral intentions; moreover, it produced a direct effect on perceived usefulness. In addition, perceived ease of use could be predicted by technology, pedagogy, and content knowledge. The implications discussed include the suggested managerial actions to stimulate the intention to adopt educational robotics kits in accordance with the findings.
