ItemA study of the relationship between instructors’ perceptions towards organizational culture and job satisfaction in Shiyuan College of Nanning Normal UniversityThe main purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between instructors’ perceptions towards organizational culture and their job satisfaction at Shiyuan College of Nanning Normal University. The study first assessed the instructors’ perceptions towards organizational culture, examined their job satisfaction, and lastly found the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction. The study was conducted by surveying 147full-time instructors during the academic year 2020 at Shiyuan College of Nanning Normal University. Means and Standard Deviations were used to report the instructors’ perceptions towards organizational culture and their job satisfaction. Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient was applied to analyze the relationship between these two variables. The results indicated a significant relationship between instructors’ perceptions of organizational culture and job satisfaction at Shiyuan College of Nanning Normal University.

ItemA comparative study of the teaching volunteers' perecptions toward leadership styles and organization culture at Shanan Education Networking Group (SENG), Northern Shan State, MyanmarThe purpose of this study was to compare the teaching volunteers’ perceptions toward leadership styles and organizational cultures in SHANAN Education Networking Group (SENG), Northern Shan State, Myanmar. The study focused on teaching volunteers from the five (5) selected community-based education centers in Northern Shan State, under the SHANAN Education Networking Group, Myanmar. The sample was composed of eighty-five (85) teaching volunteers in SENG. The main source of the data was a set of questionnaire that covers teaching volunteers’ demographics, leadership styles and organizational culture. The collected data were analyzed by using the descriptive statistics, Frequency percentage, Standard deviation Mean, and One-way ANOVA. The study found that Democratic leadership style was the most perceived leadership style of teaching volunteers at SHANAN Education Networking Group, Northern Shan State, Myanmar. The teaching volunteers’ perceptions toward Organizational culture were at “Positive level,” which means that they were positive perceptions towards the Organizational culture of SHANAN Education Networking Group, Myanmar. The research found there was no significance difference between teaching volunteers’ leadership styles and their perceptions toward organizational culture. No matter what leadership styles teaching volunteers were used, their perceptions toward organizational culture were the same.

Martin de Tours School of Management and EconomicsGiven the vulnerabilities of present businesses, logistic solutions have to be crafted and aimed at, in order to get excellent service quality. As a labor intensive sector, the performance of logistic organi- zations lies in the hands of employees. The research aimed to investigate whether organizational citizen- ship behaviors (OCB) were positively influenced by four variables: the organizational commitment, the transformational leadership behavior, the organizational culture and the goal setting. Only the innova- tive (B-value = 0.333, p <0.001) and the bureaucratic organizational cultures (B-value = 0.170, p <0.001 ), the employees' normative commitment (NC) {B-value = 0.290, p <0.001 ), and the employees' continu- ance commitment (CC) (B-value = -0.059, p <0.05) entered the equation. The data were gathered from the logistic land haulage providers servicing the Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate (ESIE), one of Thailand biggest automotive industrial estates, through distributions of questionnaires.

ItemThe influence factors that affect employee retention (a case study in one of the tops electricity organization in Thailand)This research aimed to determine factors that affect to employee retention, a case study in one of the top electricity organization. The objectives of this research were: 1) study the factors that can affect to the employee retention in an organization; 2) Explain the influences factors that affect to the employee retention in an organization. The questionnaires were used as a data collection instrumental for 400 sets. The data analysis was used the descriptive statistic such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D.), and the hypothesis testing in this research was multiple linear regression analysis (MRA) at significant level of .05. In this research, the results presented that 1) the overall level of Employee retention was neutral, when considering of independent variables from high to low, the results revealed that deeply high level of organizational commitment were highest; then followed by the job satisfaction; and the job satisfaction in the work was the least, 2) the results from the hypothesis testing of the Influence Factors that impact affect to employee retention, a case study in one of the top electricity organization. The most influencing factor was organizational commitment, followed by job satisfaction and organizational culture respectively at significant level of 0.05.

ItemThe relationship between teachers' perception towards organizational culture and occupational stress at No. 2 Basic education high school, in Insein Township, Myanmar(Digital Production Press, Assumption University, 2017) Moe, Chan Mya Mya ; Yan, Ye ; Verayuth BoonpramThe main purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between teachers’ perception towards organizational culture and occupational stress at No.2 Basic Education High School, in Insein Township, Myanmar in the academic year 2015-2016.A total of 91 full-time teachers from No.2 Basic Education High School, in Insein Township, Myanmar were surveyed for this study. The research instrument was the questionnaire that investigated the teachers’ perception towards organizational culture and occupational stress. The collected data were analyzed by using the mean, standard deviation and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.The study found out that level of teachers’ perception towards organizational culture was moderate in the school, and the level of teachers’ perception towards occupational stress was low for the school. Therefore, the hypothesis was accepted as the study discovered that a moderate negative relationship between teachers’ perception towards organizational culture and occupational stress was existing at No.2 Basic Education High School, in Insein Township, Myanmar.

ItemThe relationship of teachers' perception towards leadership capacity and organizational culture in the Marianists Schools, IndiaThe main purpose of this research study was to determine the relationship between teachers’ perceptions towards leadership capacity and organizational culture in the Marianists schools, India. The study was conducted to survey all the teachers from the selected 7 schools manage by the Marianists in India during the academic year 2016-2017. In this study, the research instrument for Part II investigated the teachers’ perception on leadership capacity was adapted from Pierce (2007) based on Lambert (2003) Leadership Capacity School Survey (LCSS) and questionnaire Part III measured the teachers’ perception for organizational culture adopted from Gruenert and Valentine’s (1998) School Culture Survey (SCS). The collected data from the survey re analyzed by Descriptive Statistics, Frequency and Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The study results showed that there was significant relationship between teachers’ perceptions towards leadership capacity and organizational culture. In order for the school improvement and sustenance, teachers and administrators from 7 Marianists schools in India are recommended to find out ways to create more opportunities for the teachers for sharing ideas, having frequent discussion, help each other in making lesion plans and collaboration in preparing school vision and mission to improve leadership capacity and organizational culture in their schools. Teachers should also pay attention on students’ achievement by giving more attention to each student.

ItemThe relationship study between teachers' perceptions toward organizational culture and their job satisfaction at a Polytechnic in Henan, China( 2021) Xiaoqing, Wang ; Ye, YanThe aim of this study was to analyze the relationship between teachers’ perceptions towards organizational culture and their job satisfaction at the Polytechnic in Henan, China. The participants were 60 full-time teachers from Economics and Management department during academic year 2019 at a Polytechnic in Henan, China. In this study, two major research instruments were used to identify respective research objectives. The researcher adopted the survey including two parts: the part of organizational culture based on Saravanan (2013) and the part of job satisfaction based on Herzberg's (1959) Two-Factor Theory. The collected data was analyzed by Descriptive Statistics, Frequency and Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation, and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The study results indicated that the level of teachers’ perceptions of organizational culture was High, and their Job Satisfaction was High. Consequently, it was determined that the relationship between the two variables was found to be Significant, it was interpreted that the relationship between the two was positive due to the correlation (r) value of .702. This study provided some information for the school leaders to understand teachers’ job satisfaction toward organizational culture in the school. It was recommended that teachers should evaluate whether their teaching behaviors are optimized, pay attention to the quality of teaching work, improve their professional ability to achieve career path.

ItemA study of organizational culture at Islamic Azad University in Iran(Assumption University, 2012) Hamidifar, Fatemeh ; Assumption University. Graduate School of EducationOrganizational culture is comprised of the shared values and attitudes of an institution’s members, and effective organizational culture is a necessary aspect of any successful institution and its governance. Often the term is used in a corporate context, but the concept is an equally important element of academic life and management. Islamic Azad University (IAU) in Iran, established in 1982, is among the primary culturaleducational participants in the crucial task of growing Islamic culture and humanistic development among faculty members, students, scholars and staff at more than 400 branches nationwide and internationally. Clearly, the effectiveness of the organizational culture of IAU will affect its relative ability to achieve this task. Thus, the objective of this study was to determine the dominant organizational culture type based on perceptions and preferences of faculty members at Islamic Azad University (IAU) branches in Iran. This is a descriptive and exploratory research enacted through a nationwide survey. Based on the competing values framework (CVF), Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) was employed to assess the research objective. By using random sampling, 357 questionnaires were distributed among 7selected IAU branches and 329 were considered to be valid. The findings revealed that that the current dominant organizational culture type at IAU branches in Iran was hierarchy culture and the preferred dominant culture type was clan. Furthermore, the current culture type was reasonably congruent. The findings also indicated that there were no significant mean score differences among current organizational culture types and demographic characteristics with respect to gender, marital status and work experience; however there were mean scores differences between current organizational culture types and demographic characteristics with respect to age, education, position, and work fields.

ItemA study of the relationship between teachers’ perceptions of their leadership capacity and organizational culture at the basic education high schools in Thanbyuzayat Township, Mon State, Myanmar( 2021) Latt, Zaw Tun ; Ye, YanThe aim of this study was to determine the relationship between teachers’ perceptions of their leadership capacity and organizational culture at the Basic Education High Schools in Thanbyuzayat Township, Mon State, Myanmar. The participants were 113 full-time teachers from Basic Education High Schools (No.1&2) during the academic year of 2019-2020. The researcher adopted the survey-High Leadership Capacity School Survey by Lambert (2003) and the survey-Organizational Culture (OCS) by Saravanan (2013). The collected data from each survey was analyzed by Descriptive Statistics, Frequency and Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation, and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The study results indicated that the level of teachers’ perceptions of their leadership capacity was Moderate, and organizational culture was Positive. Consequently, it was determined that the relationship between the two variables was found to be Significant, however it was interpreted that the relationship between the two was weak due to the correlation (r) value of .388**. The findings suggested that teachers needed to create more opportunities and time for personal reflection for they would help them grow in their profession. In addition, to build collaborative and participative culture which could increase a healthy workplace was also recommended and the school organizations should also upgrade the quality of materials provided to teachers in teaching and learning process as well as innovative technologies should also be realized in order to keep abreast with the 21st century education.

ItemA study on leadership styles, job related factors and organizational cultures towards Job Satisfaction of Teachers in the Diocese of Diphu, India( 2015) Lukose, Saji ; Sirion ChaipoopirutanaThe purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between the independent variables such as transformational leadership, transactional leadership, salary, job training, and supervision, working conditions, esprit de corps (team work), accountability, career progress, recognition, job clarity, adaptive culture and mission culture with dependent variable teachers' job satisfaction in the Diocese of Diphu, India. This study exclusively made use of survey methods to collect the data from 400 respondents and analyzed using SPSS 21.0. Descriptive statistics were used in describing the parameters of the respondents and inferential statistics were used to test hypotheses. The results of the Pearson Correlation Coefficient have shown that the independent variables such as salary, job training, supervision, working conditions, esprit de corps (team work), accountability, career progress, recognition and job clarity have positive correlation with teacher' job satisfaction in the Diocese of Diphu while the results of the multiple linear regression showed that transformational leadership, transactional leadership, adaptive culture and mission culture have a significant influence on teachers' job satisfaction in the Diocese of Diphu.
