ItemA study of parents' expectation and satisfaction towards school management in Nopparatpattanasas School, Bangkok, Thailand(Digital Production Press, Assumption University, 2015) Nopparat Pungbangkradee ; Suwattana EamoraphanThe purpose of this study was to study of parents' expectation and satisfaction towards school management in Nopparatpattanasas School, Bangkok, Thailand. The results showed that the level of parents' expectation and satisfaction towards school management were "Agree". The finding of the hypotheses research found that, there was a significant difference between parents' expectation and satisfaction of school management, and four dimensions, and there was a significant difference between kindergarten level parents' expectation and satisfaction in school management, and there was a significant between elementary level parents' expectation and satisfaction of school management. The results of this study showed that most of the parents were satisfied with the school management in term of human resource management and general management. Based on the finding, the researcher recommended that Nopparatpattanasas School should emphasize on the curriculum management and the budget management.

ItemA study of parents' satisfaction towards Chinese subjects in Nantawan International School ThailandThis research tried: to identify the demographics of learning Chinese subjects' students, including their nationality, Grade, parental highest education level and family income; to determine the parents' satisfaction towards current two Chinese subjects, including learning Chinese as a native language subject and learning Chinese as a second language subject in Nantawan International School; and to compare the parents' satisfaction between learning Chinese as a native language subject and learning Chinese as a second language subject in Nantawan International School. The examined population comprised of all 105 parents from Grade 1-Grade 6 of Nantawan International School. The research was a quantitative research by using a designed questionnaire. The returned valid questionnaires reached 100% and were analyzed by means, Standard Deviations, Independent samples t-test (two-tailed). The research major findings included: the parents' satisfaction towards both Chinese subjects in Nantawan International School was regarded as "satisfied"; and there were no significant differences between the parents' satisfaction of learning Chinese as a native language subject and learning Chinese as a second language subject.

ItemThe priority needs of parents' satisfaction on an art course for their children: a case of ABC Art Institute(Bangkok : Assumption University, 2022) Geng, Linhan ; Sirichai Preudhikulpradab ; Barnes, John ArthurThis paper is a survey-based study with two research objectives, namely to identify the most important factors affecting parents' satisfaction, and to present a set of suggestions to improve parents' satisfaction. The research site was ABC Art Institution, Chengdu, China. The sample size in this study comprises the 35 respondents who filled out the questionnaire and eight informants who were interviewed. The tools used were a structured questionnaire and personal interview guide . Chronbach’s alpha and Item – Objective Congruence were used for reliability and validity test. Personal interviews used purposive sampling. Quantitative data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation. Qualitative data was analyzed using content analysis . Key research results showed that learning contents (P< 0.001, r=0.574), skills development (P=0.028, r=0.371), learning process (P= 0.001, r=0.525), teacher and student interaction (P< .001, r=0.559), and tuition fee (P < .001, r=0.573) were significantly correlated with parents' satisfaction. Seven suggestions include: ABC Art Institution could offer more selection classes; Teachers should increase the guidance on children's imagination and create reasonable expectations for parents. Teachers must give feedback after class, interact with parents and children frequently, visit parents regularly, and externalize teaching effects regularly.
