    Determinant factors that affected reuse intention: a case study of Didi Chuxing Technology Company, Limited

    This study examines the factors affecting reuse intention of the car service company, Didi in China. This study uses exploratory and explanatory mixed method sequential designed by Creswell (2011). There are two rounds of interview in order to confirm independent variables prior to quantitative methodology. As a result, this study distributes 201 sets of questionnaires via Wenjuanxing (online survey) from September to October 2018. Multiple Linear Regression (MLR) has applied through Statistical Analysis System (SAS) license number 12400609. The study found that perceived quality and rebuild the trust will have an impact on the reuse intention. Particularly, rebuilding the trust plays the most important role in reuse intention. However, except all variables, the analysis of data shows that the passengers still strongly rely on Didi’s services. Target sample focus only on Chinese in Jiangsu province, China. The findings are limited to financial concerned and time of research operation. Accordingly, Didi should seriously considered that rebuild the trust is crucial for reuse intention.

    Examining factors impacting purchase intention of 3D cameras of Gen Y customers in Chengdu, China

    Purpose: In marketing studies, purchase intention is a key indicator for the product development, marketization and sales strategy. Therefore, this study aims to examining factors impacting purchase intention of 3D cameras of Generation Y customers in Chengdu, China. Research design, data and methodology: This quantitative research selects 500 consumers between the age of 25 and 40 years old who are living in Chengdu, China and have at least one year of experience with top three 3D camera brands. Sampling techniques are judgmental, quota and convenience samplings. Item Objective Congruence (IOC) Index validity test and Cronbach’s Alpha reliability test were approved before the data collection. SPSS and SPSS Amos statistical software were implemented for Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), including factor loadings, convergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reliability, AVE and goodness of fit. Structural Equation Model (SEM) was applied to test hypotheses. Results: Gen Y customers' purchase intention is significantly impacted by social influence, perceived quality, attitude, satisfaction, and trust. In addition, trust has the strongest significant influence on customer’s purchase intention of 3D Cameras. Conclusions: The findings contribute to marketers and salespersons to understand motivational factors of 3D cameras’ purchase decision of Generation Y customers, leading to the development of marketing and sales strategy for such products and other substitute gadgets.

    Examining factors influencing brand loyalty towards fast fashion brand in Dhaka, Bangladesh

    Today’s fashion market is highly competitive and the constant need to ‘refresh’ product ranges gives consumers endless options to choose from which is why brand loyalty plays an important role for business’s to retain their consumers. The purpose of this study is to examine factors influencing brand loyalty towards a fast fashion brand in Dhaka, Bangladesh. 400 respondents were applied in order to investigate the statistical treatment of the data. Data were collected by using survey questionnaires and both simple linear and multiple linear regression analysis were used to test the hypotheses. The results indicate that there is a relationship between each variable for brand loyalty. Among them, social media marketing in term of responsiveness has the strongest influence on value consciousness followed by brand consciousness. Also, brand personality has the strongest influence on brand loyalty followed by social media marketing and brand uniqueness. The findings of this research will be beneficial to not only Aarong but also for other fast fashion brands. It can support data which may help the fast fashion industry to modify and improve more effective and proficient marketing tools and business model based on the knowledge of the influences of the factors in this research in order to create brand loyalty and accomplish the ultimate goals of the organization.

    Examining the structural relationship of destination image, tourist experience and tourist loyalty : an integrated approach

    This study proposed a more integrated approach by examining the theoretical and empirical evidence on the causal relationships among destination image, tourist expectation, perceived quality, perceived value, tourist experience, tourist complaint and tourist loyalty. The conceptual model is developed on the basis of literature review and exploratory study in the fields of tourism destination management. The empirical data were collected in Bangkok. A total of 392 questionnaires were returned and the data were analyzed using structural equation model. The theoretical and managerial implications were drawn based on the study. Findings and recommendations are also provided. The result of this study provides better understanding of the factors influencing tourist experiences and tourist loyalty which benefit for policy makers in maintaining and developing the destination competitiveness.

    An influence of advertising on consumer-based brand loyalty: a case study on a sports shoe brand in Bhopal India

    This study examines the factors that influence advertising on consumer-based brand loyalty focused on a sports shoe brand in Bhopal India which pointed to the advertisement, brand loyalty, brand trust, and perceived quality. The researcher carried out the analysis based on a quantitative approach and applied non-probability sampling as the convenience sampling technique. A total of 400 respondents who experienced the perception of advertising for searching information about sports shoe products were invited to participate in this study. The descriptive statistic was used as frequency and percentile to explain demographic profile meanwhile inferential statistic was used both simple linear regression (SLR) and multiple linear regression (MLR) to explain the causal relationship between advertising, perceived quality, brand trust, and brand loyalty in sportswear products. The results on simple linear regression exposed that advertising has a significant influence on brand trust and perceived quality, while perceived quality has also a significant influence on brand trust and brand loyalty which all the p-value have less than .05. The results on multiple linear regression discovered that brand trust and perceived quality have a significant influence on brand loyalty as p-value has less than .05 as well.

    The influencing factors toward brand loyalty of smartphone in Phnom Penh, Cambodia

    The purpose of this study was to investigate the influencing factors of the independent variables, i.e. brand affect, brand trust, customer satisfaction, perceived quality, advertising spending, customer orientation, and CSR toward brand loyalty as dependent variable for the Apple iPhone in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Then, the conceptual framework was designed from the theoretical framework, and hypotheses were constructed from the conceptual framework in order to know the relationship between dependent variable and independent variable. The researcher targets university students both male and female who currently use the Apple iPhone. A total of 400 questionnaires were distributed at the top five rankings of number of university students in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The researcher used SPSS software for the statistical treatment of data by applying descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results of this study showed that brand trust had a high positive significant influence on brand affect, perceived quality had a high positive significant influence on satisfaction, advertising spending had a high positive significant influence on perceived quality. furthermore, brand affect, brand trust, satisfaction, perceived quality, and CSR had a positive significant influence on brand loyalty in terms of behavior, commitment, and price tolerance. Whereas, only one variable which is advertising spending had a negative significant influence on brand loyalty in terms of behavior. However, customer orientation had not a significant influence on brand loyalty in terms of behavior, commitment, and price tolerance.

    An integrated model of influence of perceived quality, perceived value, brand association, brand awareness and brand uniqueness on brand loyalty towards a luxury brand in Bangkok, Thailand

    Under today's increasingly competitive business environment, maintaining customers' brand loyalty remains a significant factor. To be successful in any business sector, companies should understand the customers' needs and create strong brands to attract a long-term business. The primary purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting brand loyalty towards the top luxury brand in Bangkok, Thailand. The researchers collected data from 400 consumers in front of the main gate of four shopping malls, including both Thai males and females in Bangkok. The individuals whom we conducted all had experienced purchasing luxury products by using five-point Likert scale survey questionnaires. The non-probability was applied to collect the data from the sampling units by using judgment, quota, and convenience sampling techniques. The descriptive, interferential, and linear regression analysis was used to test all hypotheses. Based on the result of this study, the researchers found that brand awareness has a significant influence on perceived quality and brand association. Additionally, brand loyalty is significantly influenced by perceived value, brand uniqueness, perceived quality, brand awareness, and brand association, respectively.

    Measuring patients' perceived hospital service quality: a case study of Nepal's Private Hospital

    With the shift in focus to patient recognizing healthcare to be different compared to other services, service quality measurement needs to be tuned specifically to healthcare. The purpose of this paper is to describe hospital service quality of Nepal's private hospital as perceived by Nepalese patients and to which patients’ satisfaction of health service quality impact upon their behavioral intention. Descriptive survey study design was adopted for this study. Survey method and 400 questionnaires were distributed to the outpatient. Only four private hospitals were evaluated in Kathmandu City. The data was analyzed using simple linear regression Analysis was applied to envisage the relation between dependent and independent variables. The researcher found that there exists a correlation between customer satisfaction and behavioral intention. Also, hospital service quality has an impact upon customer satisfaction. From the findings the researcher concludes to develop the right approaches personalization need to be improved which stabilizes the system appropriately and be contextualized to the true environment of the Nepalese consumers. Healthcare provider and hospital management should allocate the effort towards personalization to maximize patient satisfaction and to improve the perceived quality of healthcare services.

    The relationship between price deals, perceived quality, and brand equity for a high involvement product

    This study aimed to investigate the impact of price deals and perceived quality on the brand equity in the context of brand knowledge and brand associations. This study extends the previous litera- ture on brand equity by focusing on how a consumer perceives brand in high involvement products. Eighteen face-to-face interviews were conducted to identify the product category for a high involvement product. Three hundreds and eighty-six sets of questionnaires were usable and completed. The findings supported that price deals and perceived quality are important factors which create the associations that consumers make with a brand in order to create brand equity.

    THE STUDY OF FACTORS AFFECTING INTENTIONS TO USE CAR SHARING SERVICES IN THAILAND

    This research is conducted to explore the factors affecting intentions to use car- sharing service in Thailand. There are six hypotheses and seven variables which are perceived quality, emotional value, consumer uncertainty, product image, consumer aspiration, attitude towards service, and intention to use. The primary data were gathered from 100 respondents who are living in Thailand and have experienced in carpooling service before at least one time. The questionnaires were distributed online through social networks. The five-point Likert scale was employed to measure the relationship among the determinants. Pearson Correlation Coefficient Analysis was applied as an instrument to estimate all hypotheses according to the research objectives. The finding of this study demonstrated that all hypotheses were supported, which showed the correlation among the variables used in this study.

    A study on purchase intention of a Thai automobile repair center

    With the continued growth of automobile sales in Thailand, the automobile repair industry has been intensified. The aim of this research is to study the factors that have impact on customer purchase intention of P automobile repair center in order to maintain more customers and generating better revenues. The variables included in the proposed framework were purchase intention (dependent variable) and brand awareness, convenience, perceived quality, and word of mouth (independent variable). In this current research, a quantitative approach using survey questionnaire was adopted. 180 respondents’ data were collected by convenience sampling method. The multiple linear regression was applied to examine statistical influence of independent variables on dependent variable. The findings indicated that brand awareness and perceived quality had impact on customers’ purchase intention while convenience and word of mouth had no impact. Moreover, a few practical recommendations were discussed for the management team to consider for purchase intention improvement.
