ItemFactor influencing job performance in audit and consulting services of big 4 accounting company in Thailand during COVID-19 situation(Bangkok : Assumption University Press, 2022) Natparin Lerttaweewuti ; Witsaroot Pariyaprasert ; Keeravoot KitiyadisaiThe Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic in Thailand began on January 13, 2020. Thai government had announced lockdown which had an effect to the work system to response and prevent the outbreak of COVID-19. There are many previous studies have been discussed on how work from home affected to job performance in generally term but there are only few research showing how work from home is affecting to audit and consulting services. Therefore, this study is aimed to determine the factors that influence job performance in audit and consulting services of big 4 companies in Thailand. This study develops a conceptual framework from previous literature review, which consist of five independent variables. The study used the quantitative research survey method, a questionnaire was developed and distributed equally to 280 employees in big 4 companies in Thailand and 264 employees were responded. The result of the study showed that employee commitment has impact on job satisfaction, despite of work-life balance has no impact on job satisfaction. Moreover, work environment and job satisfaction have affected to job performance, whereas remote working has no affect to job performance.

ItemKey strategies to enhance job satisfaction and job performance: a case of teachers in Tianfu no. 4 middle schoolThe focus of this research is on the motivational factors that influence job satisfaction, and design strategies to improve teachers’ job satisfaction and job performance based on the findings. This study uses a quantitative questionnaire research using a questionnaire survey on 138 teachers in Tianfu No. 4 Middle School. The analysis from multiple linear regression results shows that the three independent variables, namely compensation、work environment、and career development have significant influence on employee job satisfaction, and the findings from simple linear regression shows that employee job satisfaction has a significant influence on job performance. It is recommended that a detailed salary payment system be developed so that teachers can clearly understand the components of the salary. This study aimed to understand the actual needs of teachers and develop a clear teacher development training plan and implement it on a regular basis.

ItemStrategies to improve employees' work efficiency in one branch of ABC Thai Restaurant( 2021) Zheng, Shu Yue ; Fernando, Maria Socorro C. L.This study focuses on determining the factors that influence work efficiency in a Thai Restaurant and aims to design strategies to improve employee work efficiency in the workplace. Mixed-method research using qualitative interviews and a quantitative questionnaire was utilized in this study. There were 12 interview respondents from the top management and middle management and 82 respondents for the questionnaire survey. Based on the qualitative analysis from inter-coding, the restaurant should give employees a clear goal and schedule to follow and choose a good leader to improve teamwork. The quantitative results from descriptive and inferential statistical analysis showed the organization needed to improve work efficiency by strengthening teamwork and employee development, such as teamwork training programs and employee development workshops.

ItemUsing WBL as ODI to improve work environment and well-being of employeeThis research was undertaken at SC Siam Supply and Sounds. The study was an action research, focus on work environment and well-being of employees The objectives of research comprise of three; 1) To determine the current situation of work environment and well-being of employees; 2)To identify if using WBL as ODI can improve work environment and well-being of employee and 3) To compare the difference between preODI and post-ODI. Data collection techniques of this study were survey, observation and interview while the respondents were employees of production department. The OD interventions were based from Whole Brain Literacy model and four steps of ODIs were implemented, consisting of 1) awareness 2) idea creation 3) action and 4) sustainable. The findings from the study revealed that there was difference between pre-ODI and Post-ODI in area of work environment. On the other hands, there was no significant difference in area of well-being of employees. For future study, researcher recommends to include the measurement scale, intensity of light and temperature scale, to determine appropriate light and temperature for employees.. An improvement of organizational technology would be able to improve work environment and well-being of employee as well.
