The objective of this work is to answer the questions that “What is the deadlock of ASEAN Dispute Settlement Mechanisms (ASEAN DSMs)?” and “Why can’t ASEAN unlock it?” by comparative study between ASEAN DSMs and European Union Dispute Settlement Mechanisms (EU DSMs).
