AU Annual Faculty Seminar 2004 was organized on the topic: “A Move Towards New Challenges” on 24- 25 May 2004 at Conference Center, John XXIII, and Viman Bangplee Room, Bangna campus, Assumption University. Rev. Bro. Dr. Bancha Saenghiran, AU President presided over the seminar and delivered a keynote lecture on “Overview and Direction”; Rev.Bro.Dr.Prateep Martin Komolmas, President Emeritus gave a lecture on “Au Founders and Philosophy”; Rev.Bro.Dr.Visit Srivichairatana, Vice President for Academic Affairs gave a talk on “Organization Culture: Managing the Managers”; Dr. Sangob Laksana, Acting Director, Center for Education Research, Statistics and Measurement, Faculty of Education gave a presention on “The Paradigm Shift in Education Measurement and Evaluation”; Dr.Absorn Meesing, Acting Director, Master of Education Program in Curriculum and Instruction, Faculty of Education, gave a presentation on “Some Selected Guidelines for Instructional Improvement”, and Dr.Teay Shawyun, Deputy Director, Center for Excellence, give a lecture on “Feedback on the Internal Audit and Assessment of AU for Academic Year 2002 and AU QS 2000 QMIPS”. Participants were administrators and the faculty.
