When it comes to competitive productivities, nobody in the AU community should be left behind but instead to strive to catch up with and adapt to the fast-changing trends. To this end, the AU library, in collaboration with Graduate School of Business (GSB), Intelligent Systems Laboratory (ISL), Vincent Mary School of Science and Technology organized the AU Library Week 2018 launching the innovatively ambitious venture on “Digital Transformation: Reshaping AU with Digital Technologies” spearheaded towards the realistically achieved AU 4.0. Participants included representatives from various schools and offices, faculties and staff: secretarial, clerical and administrative personnel were bombarded with the vital and revolutionary aspects of how to reshape their work places for better performance and productivities through “Digital or Electronically Transformation.” Keynote speakers for this innovatively educational seminar included A. Tapanan Yeophantong (Tap), Director, Intelligent Systems Research Laboratory, and Lecturer, Department of Computer Science, Vincent Mary School of Science and Technology and A. Panjamaporn Sethjinda (Nan), Director, Master of Science in Investment Analysis and Management, and Lecturer, Finance, Graduate School of Business. Participants were assigned group projects for distinguished mentors and judges to decide on the quality, practicality, feasibility and viability of their invented digital related projects or assignments. The workshop running from November 12 to November 14, 2018, took place at the AU Library, Suvarnabhumi Campus, was presided over by Rev. Bro. Dr. Bancha Saenghiran, President Rector Magnificus, joined by Rev. Bro. Dr. Amnuay Yoonprayong, Vice President for Moral Development Education, other administrators, faculty members and staff.
