Description
Office of the University Registrar, in cooperation with, Department of Business French, AU Theodore Maria School of Arts, organized the “French Gastronomy Workshop” for 70 high school student representatives from various high schools in Thailand. The workshop, conducted by Business French’s faculty members, demonstrated how to cook authentic French cuisines. All visiting students joined the feast of the specially cooked French meals. The young visitors were also briefed about the existing AU Business French Program & Curriculum for their eventual enrollment. Such culturally French astronomy workshop was held on June 29, 2018 at the Crystal Restaurant’s Food Laboratory, Suvarnabhumi Campus.
