AU Faculty of Nursing Science directed by Asst. Prof. Dr. Nanthaphan Chinlumprasert, Dean, has been conducting the preceptorship training for nursing practicum, the specialized training aimed to equip nursing staff as qualified trainers or mentors in order to provide supervision or guidance to nursing student interns or trainees undergoing internship programs at their respective hospitals. As many as 14 nurses from various public and private hospitals are now enrolled in this training program which features a variety of related topics meant to strengthen quality standard practices in clinical or health care settings. The scheduled relevant subjects are being taught by a group of highly experienced lecturers and speakers. The courses conducted in both English and Thai sessions are respectively divided into two periods: July 19, 20, 23,24 and September 1,8,15,22, 2018. This intensive training will accredit participating nurses towards licensing or becoming fully qualified Licensed Practical Nurses.
