Arts students won the first and multiple prizes in the nationwide English speech contest held by Land Development Department, Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives

All of the five capable AU student teams from Theodore Maria School of Arts, which joined the recent national Speech Competition organized by Land Development Department on September 28, 2018 under the topic “Be the Solution to Soil Pollution,” won multiple excellent prizes of various categories. Among the 10 finalist groups selected from 42 teams from all over the country, the five AU competing teams grabbed the following outstanding awards:

First Prize: Ms. Nuchareeporn Boonrat and Ms. Pretawan Rukkan
First Runner-UPs: Ms. Chalita Amornchaipiriyakul and Ms. Monsicha Prompunjai
Honorable Mentions: Mr. Wachiraputts Supathanasiree, Mr. Ananda Sriphol, Ms. Ploypairin Kimyingyot and Ms. Parinda Srikluab
Finalists: Ms. Natcha Boonyabenjarit and Ms. Sasikarn Praekulthan.

Under the supervision and guidance of their efficient mentors, Dr. Rusma K., Dr.Weeraya D., A. Sethawut T. and A. Sarit S., the AU teams delivered their final round of commendable speeches with passion, clarity and enthusiasm which led to their well-deserved outstanding prizes; warranting our praises and congratulations.

The winners and 1st runners-up will also be fully sponsored by the Land Development Department to be presenting over international audiences abroad in December on the occasion of World Soil Day.
