In appreciation for the hard works AU blue-collar workers who have tirelessly rendered the services to the university, the especially fun-fi lled New Year Party (2018) was organized for themon Friday, February 9, 208 at Dr. Choop Plaza, Hua Mak Campus.Directed by Dr. WitayaChareonsri, Director, Offi ce of Human Resources Management, the event kicked off with exciting group games actively participated by workers from both HuaMak and SuvarnabhumiCampuses and after which they were treated to a feast of rich Chinese-styled dinner. Other highlights of the event included Karaoke singing and game in which workers vied for special prizes. Workers were showered with a variety of New Year gifts which included top prizes of cash and gold necklaces; allcontributed by the AU community and outside corporations. Rev. Bro. Dr. Achin Tengtrakul, Vice President for Administrative Affairs, presided over the celebrative party joined by Rev. Bro. Dr. Sirichai Fonseka, Vice President for Student Affairs. Representing all the general workers, a very senior maid (House Keeper), Mrs. Suthasinee Chanaphongphisan, read a congratulatory note expressing gratitudeto the university for such a special event organized in their favor. Other notable guests included Rev. Bro. Dr. Bancha Saenghiran, President-Rector Magnifi cus, Rev. Bro. Dr. Prathip M. Komolmas, President Emeritus. Dr. Kamol Kitsawad, Vice President for Policy, Planning and Quality Assurance, Mr. Sompol Na-Songkhla, Vice President for Legal and Privilege Affairsand some other administrators.
