Abstract

บทความนี้เป็นการวิเคราะห์ถึงวิธีการสะท้อนคุณค่าสากลซึ่งได้ประกาศโดยที่ประชุมสุดยอดสหัสวรรษขององค์การสหประชาชาติในเรื่องเกี่ยวกับตราสารและการปฏิบัติพื้นฐานของอาเซียน บทความได้นําเสนอกรอบแนวคิดและกรอบสถาบันพร้อมทั้งตัวอย่างของคุณนะค่าที่เน้นแนวทางสันติภาพในอาเซียนพร้อมทั้งมีข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาค่านิยมสากลในอนาคตทั้งในระดับภูมิภาคและระดับโลก

The article is dedicated to an analysis of the modalities of reflection of universal values proclaimed by the United Nations Millennium Summit in ASEAN’s fundamental instruments and practices. It presents the institutional and conceptual frameworks of this theme,some examples of peace-oriented values in ASEAN’s practices and concludes with a few suggestions concerning the further advancement of universal values at the regional and global levels.
