Quality assurance standards to promote teacher' development in Thai Universities: Assumtion University case (2009-11)
Through analysis of Thai university's quality assurance practices including, the quality standards, quality control, quality audit and assessment based on Assumption University's case; this paper tries to reveal some approaches and practices for teacher development at university level, which might be referred and understood by many of our Chinese Universities.
