dc.description After spending a significant time at Cranbrook Academy of Art and being sur- rounded by people from different cultur- al backgrounds, I have understood these differences are all shared under the same purpose. We all are pursuing the meaning of art and life individually and together. The idea of a collaborative work of art is to push boundaries beyond ones normal comfort zone. Specifically, it is to learn and utilize the context of ones partner, wheth- er it relates to a different field of study, a range of medium and/or subject matter. en_US
