An AU group of students currently enrolled in the English for Hotels Course, Theodore Maria School of Arts, was given a specially organized lecture on “Managing Guests’ Relationship for a Long-term Success” at Suvarnabhumi Campus. The very meaningful and practical lecture presented on November 20, 2019 by Mr. Pannapat Thamanuwat, Sales Executive-Corporate, the Novotel Suvarnbhumi Bangkok Hotel, which was highly educational, informative and greatly relevant to the students’ course.
