As part of the continual personnel development program aimed at developing the AU administrators, supporting officers, supervisors and staff, the training on “The Impact of Personality on Your Professional Life” was held on June 11, 2019 at the Salle d’ Expo, Hua Mak Campus. Organized by the Office of the Vice President for Policy, Planning and Quality Assurance in coordination with the Office of Human Resources Management, the seminar featured a keynote speaker: Dr. Archaree Phiphadkusolkul, a Full Time Lecturer of Personality Development, General Education Department, Theodore Maria School of Arts, who reiterated on the following highlighted points during her lecture:Understand and develop a positive attitude,Develop effective communication skills,Good grooming,How to dress for success and Understand social and business etiquettes.
