The Assumption University of Thailand’s Office of International Affairs and a few lecturers attended the UN Day of International Day of Non-Violence on Friday 2 October 2020 in the United Nations Conference Centre (UNCC) in Bangkok. The Director of the Office of International Affairs read a poem commemorating the life and values of Mahatma Gandhi. The Assumption University representatives took pictures with the Ambassador of India, the Under Secretary of State the United Nations, and H.E. Mr. Chirayu Isarangkun Na Ayuthaya, Privy Councillor, Kingdom of Thailand, and with other guests attending the event.
