Description
Pursuing the ideal Green University Project, the rector, during his eventual meeting with the concerned participating department, section heads, officers and supervisors, relayed the 6 major criteria or guidelines reiterating justifications towards the sustainable Green University Project. At this preliminary or experimental stage, participants brained storm; voicing their relevant past achievements: waste reduction, reduced plastic use, energy saving, usage of salvaged old, unused products or materials and concerted efforts towards paperless offices etc, thus; strengthening cleaner university environments. However, further meetings will follow to check up on the assigned projects each section head or officer may adopt or realistically implement in their own unit or office of how to practically implement further realistic practices or measures of this ambitiously piloted worthwhile Green University Project. The meeting personally directed by Rev. Bro. Dr. Bancha Saenghiran, President-Rector Magnificus, took place on February 11, 2019 at Hua Mak Campus.
