Description
The seminar on “Faculty Members’ Duties for Student Learning Performance” was organized by Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs; featuring a keynote speaker: Asst. Prof. Dr. Parwadee Pakdee, Director, Office of General Education, Khon Kaen University, who conducted the seminar and workshop on “TQF 3 Writing and Verification Process of Student Achievements. The chief objective was to provide opportunity to the concerned Chairpersons, Program Directors, and Faculty members responsible for such worthwhile program to share and exchange their knowledge and experiences in formulating TQF3 (Course Specification) based on the five domains of the subjects’ learning outcomes stipulated in TQF 2 as well as in administering Verification Process of Students Achievements so as to assure that the knowledge acquired by the students and graduates through their studies were in line with the domain of learning outcomes. This is to further ascertain proper understanding on the roles and responsibilities of faculty members responsible for the program; enabling them to enhance competitiveness of the newly developed and revised programs and thus more effectively administering the programs’ operations and managing teaching and learning activities. Furthermore, Dr. Vindhai Cocracul, Vice President for Academic Affairs, gave the presentation stressing the roles and responsibilities of faculty members responsible for the program in relation to the University’s Core Values (CARE –Catholic Spirit, Accountability, Righteousness, and Excellence).
