Description
Marking the World Mental Health Day, a one-day workshop on “Young People and Mental Health in a Changing World”, was organized by the AU Department of Counseling Psychology, Graduate School of Human Sciences. The workshop placed emphasis on effective parenting supporting young people by helping their parents with the knowledge and skills on effective parenting. The workshop exploring some of the evidence based strategies and methods to improve the participants’ parenting skills intended to help their children enjoy enhanced well-being included expert speakers on relevant topics:
