Description
Ten Assumption University students were selected by a Movie production house to participate in the making of a Hollywood Bio- film movie about Sergio Viera Garcia Demello the Special UN Representative to Timor Leste when the country was created in 2002. In the movie shooting at Chantaburi province during 10 days, September 15-26, 2018 the ten Assumption University students (alongside 31 other Timorese nationals) learnt from their experiences and gained knowledge from the Director of the movie and Hollywood actors themselves. The students were facilitated in their participation by the various Assumption University faculties, the Offices of the President, Vice President for Academic Affairs, the University Campus Minister and the Office of International Affairs.
