Description
The Teacher Development and Mentoring Program was conducted by the Center for Professional Ethics and Service Learning in cooperation with the AU Theodore Maria School of Arts. This development program, participated by teachers from as many as 21 local schools in the areas, focused on practical English language teaching tactics and strategies stressing various skills and the application of technology in suitable teaching methods for the 21st century. Speakers included Dr. Chayada Thanavisuth, Dean, Theodore Maria School of Arts, Dr. Korakote Natiladdanon, Chairperson, Department of Business English, and A. Jitravadee Singhaniyom, Assistant to the Dean for QA, Theodore Maria School of Arts. The training took place on June 12, 2018 at the Cathedral of Learning, Suvarnabhumi Campus. Such an on-going worthwhile teacher mentoring and community- related development project has been initiated and closely monitored by Assumption University.
