Description
The 1st (2018) general meeting for members of the Association of Private Higher Educational Institutions of Thailand under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn" (APHEIT) was hosted by Assumption University on April 20, 2018 at the Conference Room (J205), John XXIII Conference Center, Suvarnabhumi Campus. Attended by a number of executive board members and advisors from several private universities, the function was inaugurated by Rev. Bro. Dr. Bancha Saenghiran, President-Rector Magnificus. The newly signed MOU renewed the association’s mission to undertake the worthwhile steps in creating democratic awareness among groups of students in both the public and private institutions: towards becoming the democratically responsible citizens: eliciting their cooperation and participation and thus exercising their electoral rights in the up-coming general election. In their capacity as the association’s advisors, both Rev. Bro. Dr. Bancha Saenghiran and Rev. Bro. Dr. Prathip M. Komolmas, among other high ranking administrators, participated in this monthly significant gathering.
