Description
Assumption University was chosen as the first private university for the very first training (1/2018) of this year on “The Valuable Contributing Roles of the Monarchy to Thailand” organized for the AU personnel. Conducted by the concerned authorities who elaborated on the history of the memorable royal works and lives of the past Thai monarchs and eventually emphasizing those of the most outstanding and well-loved King Rama the 9th and the present King Rama the 10th. In light of all the past and present kings’ countless and unselfish contributions to the country, the Thais’ due appreciation, respect and loyalty are being reminded, encouraged and solicited. In appreciation of such great works and lives of all the monarchs, the Thais should not only exhibit genuine loyalty but be the “Ideal Role Models or Prototypes” by partaking in the sacrificial voluntary services for the betterment of the society and the country. AU administrators, faculty members, staff and students participated in this specially organized seminar.
