Description
AU personnel joined the Thais across the country in singing the national anthem at 8 am on Thursday, September 28, 2017, to mark the 100th anniversary of the adoption of Thai national flag. This auspicious event was also conducted to pay tribute to His Majesty King Rama VI who graciously offered the flag to be adopted as the Thai National Flag and September 28 is to be remembered as a Thai National Flag Day. The events took place at both campuses of Assumption University:
Hua Mak Campus: De Montfort Building, presided over by Rev. Bro. Dr. Achin Tengtrakul, Vice President for Administrative Affairs, Suvarnabhumi Campus: Presided over by Ref. Bro. Simeon Anupatt P. Yuttachai, Professor of the Order of St. Gabriel.
